Is this considered playing mind games with me?

So this girl is nice, then mean, nice, then mean. I get tired of it a lot so I ignore her and that seems to be when I get the most respect or she changes her game. She also gets jealous of other girls, but when I show her attention, she goes back to being b*tchy. She'll constantly tell me what I do that is "uncool" or "unmanly" or "annoying", but I really do anything that bad. Other guys do the same thing and she says nothing even if she does know them. I aske dher and she said "well that's them". So I'm really confused. How can she be so insulting and nitpicky to the a really awesome and cool girl in just a matter of seconds and vice versa?
