Getting a bit confused, what dose this mean?

There's this boy his name is Harvey. He goes my school and he's a year above me. I've never spoken to him but i added him on facebook because my best friend likes him.. but he doesn't no. On my facebook i sometimes put things like: Like this and I'll rate you on your looks and personality and would I date you and would I kiss you? He always likes it! But he never likes my friends (the person who likes him) And he always smiles at me in school.. but we've never ever spoke.. what dose it mean?
