im thinking of starting the master cleanse or lemonade diet on june 26th but i was wondering can u still workout? also i know u have to drink a laxative tea or the salt water, so i scared to death i might have an accident on myself. how likely is it that that will happen and what can i do to prevent it. i dont have alot f weight to lose but i still think 10 days is a long time (seeing that most ppl lose like 20 pds in those 10 days) help i need someone to answer thAt has done it b4.
