Should i let my brothers roommate share a room with me?

My brother is 22 and so is his college roommate. Over the summer, he comes back home and lives with us. This year, his roommate is going to live with us. My sister just moved out so I have a big room all to my own and all three of us are going to share a room. I know not all men are perverts and it's just for the Summer but I'm a 13 year old girl and he's a 22 year old guy. I also have never shared a room with a boy let alone and older boy and I like my privacy. I have met him before and he seems really nice (and cute) sorry I know that doesn't matter. Should I give him a chance? The whole reason I'm asking is I told my friend and she said it was weird.
