I am on vacation and come back on the July 3rd. I plan to start the liquid diet (You only drink clear, cleansing liquids) but I have camp on the 9th. So I have 6 days, of the liquid diet. Is it worth it to begin? Will it make a difference? Also I am planing on starting back up on the 19th and doing it for 50 days. (This one will make a difference :D) But I'm wondering if anyone who has tried it can tell me how it is, and if it makes sense to start that week for 6 days? PLEASE only real thoughtful answers.
