So is this right about the immigration issue in America?

The land belongs to everybody. But we the people have created ways to distribute it between us. These ways that are deemed legal prevent violence, and misunderstanding and help create wealth and happiness. Any attempt to break this order is breaking including by entering a foreign country and staying there illegally is against the law agreed between the people and will be punished accordingly. This is right about the immigration issue in America and elsewhere. History does not give right to property. If that was true then the French could claim Mexico, but unfortunately they do not seem too eager to do so.
