Is it possible for 14 yr olds to have ovarian cysts? ?

I've been researching online for a cause of sharp pain my lower stomach/vaginal area and I've seen some things on ovarian cysts. I looked through all of the symptoms and I hav a lot of them (not all) and I'm 14, is it possible? (I also hav irregular periods...if that matters)
