I need advice from people i like this girl at work and dont know what she is thinking,should i ask her out?

there is no harm in asking her out. the worst that could happen is she says no, she doesnt like you that way. and thats chill because you can just go back to the way things were and dont act awkward. it would be back to normal in a few days. in the other hand, if you dont ask her out and she does like you, you're missing out on alot. your only hurting yourself with curiosity and it will make it harder and harder for you to get over the girl if you keep it to yourself. and i agree skin tone doesnt matter i went out with black guys before and no one rele made a big deal about it . and if someone is racist they wouldn't even talk to a white person, so i think your safe cause she talked to you plenty
